Jeebly's Magnificent Seven-Year Voyage

In the bustling heart of Dubai, 2016 witnessed the birth of a dream named Jeebly. What began as a promising last-mile logistics vision soon transformed into a beacon of excellence in UAE logistics by 2023. With a passionate team of over 150 individuals and a roaring fleet of 2,500, Jeebly has been painting UAE red and blue with its signature service, leaving an eternal mark on the logistics landscape.

The early days of 2017 saw Jeebly making its presence felt swiftly and by 2018, the world was introduced to our groundbreaking platform, setting a new benchmark for e-commerce and delivery solutions. The following year, our ambition took flight as we expanded our horizons to Bahrain. As we stepped into 2020, the future beckoned us. Embracing the call, we integrated cutting-edge technology to cater to our ever-growing Jeebly family, ensuring they received nothing but the best.

The year 2021 was a testament to our adaptability and vision. Qatar welcomed us with open arms, and in response, we unveiled a fresh, reinvigorated brand identity. But 2022 was truly a year of milestones. Forming partnerships with e-commerce industry giants, venturing into the vast markets of India, and introducing TAAS showcased our relentless drive for innovation. The cherry on top was the recognition as the “Best Last Mile Logistics Company” by Amazon. We also welcomed our new strategic partner Lyve Global to support our vision of making fast-mile logistics win-win for everyone.

Fast forward to 2023, and our journey has been nothing short of legendary. Collaborative ventures with Dubai’s leading companies in food & e-commerce delivery, ventures into healthcare logistics, and the successful execution of the Zajel project have solidified our reputation in the industry. Our accolades didn’t stop there, as we were honored with the title of “Express Logistics Company of the Year”. Moreover, the introduction of our diverse range of brand extensions, including Jeebly Moveo, Jeebly Bizz, Jeebly Dash, Jeebly Haul, and Jeebly Plus, underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Reflecting on our achievements, we’ve successfully facilitated the delivery of over 40 million packages, transporting goods worth $1 billion. Our operational prowess is further highlighted by the settlement of cash-on-delivery payments exceeding $55 million. With a growing family of over 1,500 clients, we’ve continued to garner a reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Our journey has been enriched with invaluable lessons. We’ve kept our customers as our utmost priority, ensuring they remain at the heart of our operations. This ethos, combined with our commitment to constant innovation, has propelled us to new heights. Teamwork has been our backbone, enabling us to turn challenges into opportunities. And through it all, our perseverance has been our guiding light, illuminating our path during the most challenging times.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to our incredible customers, partners, and the Jeebly family. You are the heart and soul of our story. As we look to the horizon, we’re excited for the chapters yet to be written. Here’s to more tales of delivering smiles, joy, and unparalleled service. Cheers to the journey ahead, and endless thanks for your unwavering support!
