We are proud to set new standards with ‘Last Mile Logistics 2.0’ introducing Fast Mile Logistics. Realizing the shift in industry trend from 3-4 days delivery time to same day delivery, our version 2.0 fast tracks and optimises the entire fulfilment process.
Our journey
In a short span of just 7 years the company has on-boarded key global and regional clients across multiple industries – retail, pharmacy, fashion, consumer electronics etc. within the e-Commerce segment, covering same day and next day deliveries. Our on-demand segment offers services to food aggregators, standalone restaurants, grocery retailers and food chain giants across the region.
The company is growing at an extraordinary pace from 0.1 million orders successfully delivered in 2017 to more than 20+ million orders. With the current growth, the founders and team have a clear road map to expand the footprint across GCC and other potential markets.

Raman Pathak
Co-Founder & CEO
Raman started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16. As the leader of Jeebly and a tech-enthusiast, he has made inroads into performance acceleration by leveraging the latest advancements in AI & ML. With his core expertise in efficient optimization of ground-breaking technology, Raman also has 12+ years of experience in General Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations and has been expeditiously using his understanding for the cross-utilization of resources.
Ram Parashar
Co-Founder & COO
Ram is a seasoned management professional with 17+ years of expertise in leading a large workforce. With his astute vision, strong leadership and management skills, Ram has ensured Jeebly's positive growth, financial strength, and operational efficiency by establishing robust operational controls, procedures and people systems in place.
Vikrant Khare
Head - Operations
Vikrant is an alumnus of the National Defense Academy and Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow (IIML) has experience of over 18 years in Supply Chain Management and General Management. Vikrant also holds a certification in Strategic Management from IIM-Ahmedabad and is a postgraduate in Multimodal Logistics from IR. Vikrant has previously worked with companies such as Vedanta Resources Plc, G4S Cash Logistics, and Meru Cabs in the SCM and mobility sectors.
Omkar Ozardekar
Head of Finance & Accounts
Omkar is an experienced and trusted financial expert with a strong background in Business Partnering, designing highly efficient reporting systems, and optimizing staff performance. He has an outstanding record in supporting Executive Board's strategy formation. His Financial Planning and Analytical skills are particularly noteworthy, combined with his penchant for learning and improving. He has a Global MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, Masters in Advance Accounting & Finance from the University of Mumbai. He is also a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst.
Nishtha Aggarwal
Head of Human Resources & Administration
Nishtha holds 15+ years of rich experience in the Human Resource Management field. In this role, she assists with strategic planning in close coordination with the higher management of Jeebly offices across geographies. Her focus is on preserving the unique culture, people experience, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. She is dedicated to fostering an all-inclusive, multicultural workforce and is passionate about people management.
