Rider welfare fund
Our substantial annual budget, reserved for Rider Welfare, covers any RTA fine or damage of goods by a rider (with a great track record, of course). It is also used for accidental cover or any rider welfare activities during the year.
Hygiene & grooming standards
Our resources get their Occupational Health Cards from the Municipal Authorities. Apart from this, Driver Safety and Refresher Training Programs are scheduled every 3 months.
Training & certifications
Regular training programs are organised for all our resources to help maintain a high level of staff performance.
Health & life insurance
Riders are offered health and life insurance to support and protect all our team members.

Digital learning
management system
To make rider onboarding and training a seamless process, we plan to implement a Digital Learning Management System. The rider would just have to download the app, go through the training video and give a digital test as a mandate to be onboarded as a Jeebler. Post onboarding, timely tips and training modules will be shared with Jeeblers through the app.
Rider offsite & employee
of the month
As part of the employee engagement program, we conduct a monthly offsite for the riders. In order to motivate the employees ‘Star of the Month’ initiative is conducted every month at different locations such as Desert Safari where the top 3 performers are felicitated with a trophy and prize money.
Certification in food safety &
handling by Highfield, UK
Our riders get a chance to earn the globally accepted Food Safety & Handling certifications from Highfield Qualifications.
