A standard radius of 15kms for bikes and 20kms for cars is followed from the pickup location. This is to ensure, that products that fall under the category of F&B are delivered keeping the food quality intact.
The driver arrives at the pickup location within 15 minutes and then the order is picked up for delivery. The order is delivered to the end customer within 60 to 90 minutes from creation, depending on the distance/radius commitment or agreement with the client.
The delivery parcel should be maximum of 7kgs weight and 40cm*40cm*40cm in size for bike deliveries.
