Position Overview

We are looking for resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. He / She will be responsible for finding and retaining clients and build capacity in staff by regular training and mentorship.

They should be able to attend networking events, excellent in interaction with clients at all levels. They will always have a close eye on client’s feedback and ensure our products and services always exceed customer expectations.

Attracting Prospects / Achieving Targets

  • Cold calling; making regular outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Developing and refining marketing tools, communications and reaching out strategies as per targeted client industry and size.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Building Engagement / Communicating with Prospects

  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
  • Communicating with those prospects directly to learn more about their needs and pain points.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.

Turning Opportunities into Success

  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Job Requirements / Desired skills set

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – Preferably specialized in Sales & Marketing.
  • 2- 3 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service or related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results in past roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and in email.
  • Must be customer and company oriented.
