Marketing Executive

Position Overview

A Marketing Intern assists the marketing department in their advertising and promotional efforts. Their main duties include completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns, and preparing promotional materials and presentations.

Key Responsibility Areas

Marketing Campaigns / Events

  • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media platforms, direct mail and web)
  • Help organize marketing events

Reports / Analysis

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

Teamwork

  • The intern will be a team player and will be able to keep all marketing details private and confidential.
  • Will show a lot of integrity when working with companies marketing collaterals. 
  • Strong communication and analytical details with keen attention and focus to details.

Job Requirements / Desired skills set

  • Effective communicator with excellent writing skills in English
  • Fresh graduate or Student preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Ability to understand all nuances of marketing, social media and ensure they contribute to the department’s success.
  • Keen focus to build a career in Marketing and Sales and grow within the company. 
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)

Team Leader – Last Mile

Position Overview

Ensuring highest quality of services and optimum productivity is achieved by supervising, managing and motivating team members and delivery associates.  

Key Responsibility Areas

Daily Operations

  • Creating ID for new delivery associates in logistics management portal, Shipsy.
  • Maintaining the daily attendance tracker of delivery associates and providing monthly time sheet for the payroll processing.
  • Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements are followed for all the orders going out for delivery and returning.
  • Controlling tardiness and absenteeism among the riders and ensuring the adherence of hygiene standards and Standard Operating Procedures.

Team Management

  • Conducting regular meetings with the direct subordinates to discuss issues, concerns, and updates. 
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless business execution and reinforcing positive morale.
  • Guiding, motivating, effectively handling, and resolving the grievances of the direct reportees.
  • Managing a diverse workforce to ensure efficient day to day operations by creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Job Requirements / Desired skills set

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in any discipline   
  • Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a team leader or Supervisor with last mile delivery company or logistics company in the UAE
  • Excellent in MS office suite and specialist in fleet management and route planning 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels of staff
  • Good knowledge about the routes and areas in UAE

Manager – Business Development – CEP

Position Overview

This is an autonomous role which involves monitoring and directing the growth, marketing, and business development of the company in the CEP market. The core responsibility is to establish appropriate systems and operations to grow the market visibility of JEEBLY LLC in conjunction with other functions within the company. The role involves new sales and growth strategies, sales pitches, and business plans focusing both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas

Attracting Prospects / Defining Target

  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Preparing and maintaining database of potential clients through market research; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
  • Developing and refining marketing tools, communications and reaching out strategies as per targeted client industry and size.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies for last mile delivery opportunities.

Building Engagement / Communicating with Prospects

  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
  • Communicating with those prospects directly to learn more about their needs and pain points.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Participating in industry forums, client discussions and conferences as a representative of the Organization.

Turning Opportunities into Success

  • Negotiating sales contracts in the best interests of the company and the client.
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

Reporting / Analytics

  • Create weekly sales report and participating in departmental meetings to ensure set targets are met.

Staying up to date on competition and new market trends.

  • Staying up to date on competition’s strategies, products, and target audience as well as any new market and industry trends.
  • Preparing for any shifts in the market that could lead to the need for a new approach to qualifying leads and attracting your target audience.

Job Requirements / Desired skills set

  • Fluency in English language is a must. Any other languages is a plus.
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – Preferably specialized in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 2- 3 years of previous experience in sales, management in Logistics and E- commerce companies in UAE.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results in the past roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and in email.
  • Must be customer and company oriented.
